Cancellation Policy

In the event of any cancellation, or termination, of a booking for any reason whatsoever, the 3.9% transaction processing fee assessed at the time of payment shall be strictly non-refundable. This fee represents payment processing costs incurred and is earned immediately upon receipt of funds.

Under no circumstances shall the 3.9% transaction fee be returned, credited, or otherwise reimbursed, including but not limited to cancellations made within any stated refund period, force majeure events, or cancellations initiated by the Guest. Any applicable refund shall be calculated net of the 3.9% transaction processing fee.
